Gail D’Silva has a deep passion for connecting people and serving others.

 

Gail is the Director of Operations at Our Lady of Santa Clara Retreat Center. Prior to that she was the Executive Director at Strategy Law LLP, a law firm in San Jose. She was also a co-founder of JAUST Consulting Partners, a software consulting company. At JAUST she led their global operations in the US, Canada and India.  

 

She has 20+ years of experience in human resources, operations and recruiting within the high tech industry.   She has been a guest speaker at networking events, speaking to audiences about her journey from being an immigrant to a successful entrepreneur.

 

Gail and her husband Bosco were an active part of the Canyon Heights Academy community for nine years while educating their son Jason at the school. Gail’s faith journey led her to associate within the Regnum Christi Movement in 2019.  Along with her current work, she is also a part of the Divine Mercy Healing Team at OLSC.

Gail lives in San Jose with her husband, daughter and son and likes to spend her time in adoration, reading, traveling and getting together with friends.
